Ingredients
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
- Cauliflower 1 head
- Natural Yogurt 10 fl oz
- Lime Juice 1 piece
- Mild Chili Spice 2 tablespoons
- Black Cumin (Cumin) 1 tablespoon
- Garlic 1 clove
- Red Curry Powder 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper 1 teaspoon
- Salt 2 teaspoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F and grease a baking sheet with oil.
Step 2
Thoroughly rinse the cauliflower and remove any green leaves. In a bowl, mix the yogurt with lime juice, chili powder, cumin, garlic, curry powder, salt, and pepper.
Step 3
Place the cauliflower in the bowl and coat it with the marinade.
Step 4
Bake in the oven for 30–40 minutes. The marinade will create a crust on the surface of the cauliflower.
Step 5
