Ingredients
- Chicken Thighs 1 piece
- Carrot 1 piece
- Onion 1 piece
- Cream 5 fl oz
- Cauliflower 20 oz
- Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Spices 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the meat into not very small pieces. Sauté the onion and carrot in vegetable oil (after sautéing, drain on a sieve to remove excess oil).
Step 2
Break the cauliflower into florets and boil for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Mix the meat with the spices, add a little salt, transfer to a baking dish, add half of the sautéed mixture, then the cauliflower, and the remaining sautéed mixture.
Step 4
Mix the cream with the mayonnaise and pour over the meat and vegetables.
Step 5
For the final layer, grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 6
Place everything in the oven for 50 minutes.
