Cauliflower and Broccoli Purée
Ingredients
- Cauliflower 10 oz
- Broccoli 5 oz
- 33% Cream 5 fl oz
- Butter 1 piece
- Pepper Mix a pinch
- Pink Himalayan Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil over high heat.
Step 2
Divide the cauliflower into florets.
Step 3
Do the same with the broccoli.
Step 4
When the water boils, add the cauliflower and reduce the heat to medium.
Step 5
After 5 minutes, add the broccoli.
Step 6
Add the pepper mix.
Step 7
Cover the pot with a lid.
Step 8
After 15 minutes, drain the water and add the cream.
Step 9
Then add the butter and season with salt.
Step 10
Blend intensively with an immersion blender and serve in portions.
