  • Cauliflower 15 oz
  • Broccoli 15 oz
  • Butter 1 tablespoon
  • Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
  • 10% cream 15 fl oz
  • Cheese Spread 5 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Wash the cauliflower and break it into florets.

Step 2

Add the prepared cauliflower and broccoli to boiling salted water and cook for 10 minutes. Then drain the vegetables in a colander.

Step 3

To prepare the sauce, lightly sauté the flour in butter, add the cream, and bring to a boil. Then, add the grated cheese. Once the cheese is fully melted, season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 4

Place the vegetables in a baking dish and pour the creamy sauce over them. Bake at 355°F for about 25 minutes until a golden crust forms.
