Ingredients
- Eggplants 10 oz
- Sweet Pepper 5 oz
- Young zucchini 10 oz
- Tomatoes 5 oz
- Onion 0 oz
- Ocean salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Malt Vinegar 1 tablespoon
- Potato 5 oz
- Balsamic Vinegar 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Take all the vegetables and slice them into flat, round pieces, about 5 mm thick.
Step 2
Place the chopped vegetables into a deep frying pan, add spices and vinegar.
Step 3
Place on the stove over medium heat and cook with the lid on for about 20–25 minutes.
Step 4
Remove the skillet from the stovetop and place it in the oven for 10–15 minutes.
