- Salad Potatoes 0 lbs
- Milk 10 fl oz
- Pickled Chanterelles 20 oz
- Courgette 2 pieces
- Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
- Cheese Spread 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the potatoes into rounds, cut the zucchini into strips, and slice the mushrooms.
Step 2
Beat the eggs with the milk and a pinch of salt.
Step 3
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and layer the ingredients: potatoes (add salt), zucchini, mushrooms (add salt and pepper).
Step 4
Pour the egg mixture over the layers. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Step 5
Bake in the oven for 45 minutes at 355°F.
