First, prepare the mixed minced meat from pork and beef, adding onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and one egg. Then, grate the peeled potatoes on a coarse grater and salt them.
Step 3
Take a baking tray, grease it with vegetable oil, and layer half of the potatoes, all the minced meat, and then the second half of the potatoes on top. Pour the potato casserole with minced meat with milk beaten with three eggs. Milk can be replaced with homemade mayonnaise. Place the baking tray in the oven preheated to 390°F for about 50 minutes.
