Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 20 oz
- Lean Beef 15 oz
- Serbian Bryndza cheese 5 oz
- Milk 0 fl oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Garlic 1 clove
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Peel, chop, and boil the potatoes in salted water for 20 minutes.
Step 3
Finely chop the onion and garlic.
Step 4
Sauté in vegetable oil for 2–3 minutes.
Step 5
Add the ground beef.
Step 6
Sauté for another 5–7 minutes.
Step 7
Mash the boiled potatoes into a puree.
Step 8
Add the milk and butter.
Step 9
Mix well.
Step 10
Spread half of the puree in a baking dish.
Step 11
Top with half of the feta cheese.
Step 12
Evenly distribute all the minced meat on top.
Step 13
Spread the remaining puree.
Step 14
And top with the remaining feta cheese.
Step 15
Place in an oven preheated to 355°F for 30 minutes.
