Ingredients

  • Rollton Noodles 10 oz
  • Skin-On Chicken Breasts 2 pieces
  • Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
  • Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
  • Marinated cherries 6 pieces
  • Capers 1 tablespoon
  • Edam Cheese 5 oz
  • Large eggs 2 pieces
  • 10% cream 2 tablespoons
  • Milk 4 tablespoons
  • Cottage cheese 5 oz
  • Breadcrumbs 2 tablespoons
  • Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Chicken Seasoning to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cook the noodles in boiling water for two minutes, then drain the water.

Step 2

Mix together the cottage cheese, eggs, milk, cream, and whisk well. Pour half of the resulting mixture into the noodles and mix.

Step 3

Clean the peppers and cut them into strips.

Step 4

Cut the chicken into strips and sauté it with the peppers and capers in vegetable oil until cooked. Sprinkle with Rollton seasoning.

Step 5

Grease a baking dish with oil, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, and layer half of the noodles, then a layer of chicken with peppers, another layer of noodles, and pour the remaining egg mixture over it. Garnish with the remaining peppers, capers, and cherry tomatoes. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 390°F.
