Step 1
Grate the carrot, coat it in starch, and fry on both sides in a pan with a minimal amount of oil. Once a crust forms, transfer to an oven preheated to 355°F and cook for about 10 minutes.
Step 2
Cook the bulgur for 10 minutes and chop the vegetables. Sauté in the pan together with the bulgur for 5 minutes with the lid on. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with any herbs if desired.
