Ingredients
- Carrot 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- White Cabbage 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the carrots with the cabbage in salted water (since carrots take longer to cook, chop them finely and add the cabbage at the end, cooking until ready).
Step 2
Mash the carrots and cabbage into a puree, add the flour, egg, and mix everything thoroughly until smooth. Taste and add salt if necessary.
Step 3
Heat a frying pan, add a bit of oil and spread it evenly with a spatula or brush, scoop the carrot mixture with a large spoon, one patty per spoon, and fry on each side until golden brown (about 2–3 minutes on each side).
