Description

If you use less flour, the casserole will turn out lighter and airier; I usually add it by eye. You can also make a sweet carrot casserole; in that case, add half a cup of sugar to the batter, and pre-cook the carrots in milk. It also turns out great with cottage cheese.

  • 20% Sour Cream 5 oz
  • Wheat Flour 5 oz
  • Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
  • Ham 5 oz
  • Onion 1 head
  • Carrot 1 piece
  • Salt to taste
  • Activated Baking Soda a pinch

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Sauté the ham and vegetables over low heat, then let cool.

Step 2

Beat the eggs and mix with the sour cream, add salt, and then add the flour (the batter should be like pancake batter).

Step 3

Add the filling, mix, and pour into a baking dish.

Step 4

Bake at moderate heat for 20–25 minutes.
