Carp with Vegetables

Ingredients
- Carp 2 pieces
- Salad Potatoes 20 oz
- Turnips 4 pieces
- Spanish onions 6 heads
- Fresh Mushrooms 20 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Buy 2 large carps (1200 g–1300 g). Clean them from scales, cut off heads and fins.
Step 2
Peel and slice the carrots and potatoes.
Step 3
Peel the white sweet onion.
Step 4
Wash and dry the champignons.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 430°F.
Step 6
Pour olive oil onto a baking sheet (if not available, use regular vegetable oil).
Step 7
Place the oiled, salted carps on the baking sheet, surround them with potatoes and carrots, and put in the oven for 20 minutes, stirring the vegetables occasionally with a wooden spatula.
Step 8
After 20 minutes, add the peeled onion and champignons to the baking sheet. Bake for another 25–30 minutes.
