Carp with Sour Cream

Ingredients

  • Carp 1 piece
  • Semi-Smoked Sausage 5 oz
  • Onion 1 head
  • Sour Cream 10 oz
  • Red Long Chili Peppers 5 teaspoons
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the prepared carp into small pieces, salt them, and let sit for 2 hours.

Step 2

Then place the carp in a pot of boiling water and cook for 15–20 minutes.

Step 3

Meanwhile, in a separate skillet, sauté finely chopped onion and diced bacon until golden brown. At the end, add the pepper.

Step 4

Remove the fish from the liquid with a slotted spoon, place it with the bacon and onion, and pour in a little less than a cup of fish broth. Simmer the dish for 5–7 minutes, then add the sour cream. The carp is ready.
