Ingredients
- Carp 1 piece
- Sorrel 30 oz
- Onion 4 heads
- Butter 2 tablespoons
- Bay leaf 2 pieces
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Dill to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Gut the carp, rub it with salt, place it in a saucepan, add chopped onion, pepper, bay leaves, pour in a little water, salt it, and cover with a lid. Place it in a preheated oven for about half an hour.
Step 2
Meanwhile, sort the sorrel, remove the stems, rinse it, chop it coarsely, pour in a small amount of water, and simmer for 20 minutes over low heat, then strain, salt, and mix with butter.
Step 3
Place the cooked carp on a dish, add the sorrel on one side and sprinkle with dill, and on the other side, add sliced hard-boiled eggs.
