Ingredients
- Ground coriander 1 stalk
- Carp 0 lbs
- Lemon ½ piece
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Fresh Mint 1 stalk
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thoroughly wash the cleaned and gutted fish under running water.
Step 2
Mix olive oil with salt and pepper, and rub the fish well inside and out.
Step 3
Place several slices of lemon (as many as will fit) and mint with cilantro inside the belly. Make incisions on the side with a sharp knife.
Step 4
Bake in the oven at 355°F for 40 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the desired level of doneness. Serve with lemon.
