Description
Along with the ginger, you can place a few sprigs of parsley inside the carp.
Ingredients
- Carp 1 piece
- Sour Cream 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Grated Ginger Root 1 piece

Step 1
Clean the fish, gut it, wash it under cold running water, dry it, rub it with salt and pepper, and let it sit for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Coat the carp with sour cream and place it on a sheet of foil.
Step 3
Cut a small piece of ginger (4-5 cm) into 2-3 parts and place it inside the carp.
Step 4
Wrap the carp in foil and send it to the oven for 20 minutes. Bake on the middle rack at a temperature of 375°F.
