- Carp 30 oz
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Lemon 1 piece
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon

Step 1
Cut the fish into pieces, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with lemon juice. Place the fish on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil. Top the fish with small pieces of butter.
Step 2
Put the fish in the oven and bake. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle it over the fish a few minutes before it's done. Once the cheese is golden brown, the carp can be served.
