  • Canned Pineapple 2 cans
  • Apple 5 oz
  • Canned Green Chili Pepper 5 oz
  • Vegetable Broth ½ cup
  • Canned White Beans 15 oz
  • Canned black beans 15 oz
  • Canned Kidney Beans 15 oz
  • Brown Sugar 2 tablespoons
  • Chili Powder 2 teaspoons
  • Ground Cumin 1 teaspoon
  • Oregano 1 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon ¼ teaspoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Fill a large pot with water. Add the onion and bell pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.

Step 2

Add the sweet potato, tomato paste, tomatoes with jalapeño, canned pineapple, green apples, chili peppers, and vegetable broth.

Step 3

Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer covered for 45 minutes.

Step 4

Add the beans and spices. Cover and continue to cook on low heat for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
