Ingredients
- Spaghetti 10 oz
- Bacon 0 oz
- Cream 5 fl oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 5 oz
- Egg white 4 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Bring water to a boil for the spaghetti.
Step 2
Whisk 4 egg yolks with the cream and some of the grated Parmesan. Season the mixture with salt and pepper, and whisk again.
Step 3
Fry the bacon in vegetable oil.
Step 4
Cook the spaghetti until al dente.
Step 5
Transfer the spaghetti to the pan with the bacon, pour in the sauce, mix well, and serve.
