- Onion 20 oz
- Pork Blood 35 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles 25 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers 20 oz
- Salt to taste

- Cheese Spread 20 oz
- Mayonnaise 10 oz
- Herbs to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the meat and place it on a preheated baking sheet greased with oil. Top with onions sliced into half-rings. Season with salt and pepper. Place in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Boil the champignon mushrooms, season with salt, slice, and place on the baking sheet. Cook for another 10 minutes.
Step 3
Slice the bell pepper and place it on the baking sheet. Cook for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Grate the cheese, sprinkle it over the dish, and return to the oven for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Sprinkle with herbs, spread with mayonnaise, and bake for 25 minutes.
