Ingredients
- Morels 5 oz
- Chicken fillet 10 oz
- Onion 5 oz
- Cream 22% 15 fl oz
- Salad Potatoes 15 oz
- Aged gouda cheese 5 oz
- Arugula 5 oz
- Tomatoes 5 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers 5 oz
- Cucumbers 0 oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the potatoes for about 10 minutes (check for doneness with a knife). Cool them down and cut each potato into 4 pieces, then fry in a pan with a small amount of olive oil.
Step 2
Finely chop the chicken fillet and onion with mushrooms into thin strips.
Step 3
Fry the chicken fillet in a pan for 10 minutes. Fry the onion separately. Once it is almost ready, add the mushrooms.
Step 4
Mix the mushrooms, onion, and chicken, add the cream, salt, and pepper to taste. Bring the mixture to a boil, then place the pan in a warm spot until the sauce thickens.
Step 5
In a baking dish, layer the potatoes, pour over the cream with chicken and mushrooms. Sprinkle grated Gouda cheese on top. Place the dish in a preheated oven at 355°F and bake until the cheese melts.
Step 6
Remove from the oven and top with arugula or any other salad greens and finely chopped vegetables.
