  • Dill 2 tablespoons
  • Poultry 1 piece
  • Spanish onions 1 piece
  • Fresh Mushrooms 5 oz
  • Sour Cream 10 oz
  • Butter 5 oz
  • Wheat Flour 0 oz
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the chicken into serving pieces and season with salt. Chop the onion, and slice the mushrooms into small pieces. Place the chicken pieces in a pan with heated oil, add the onion and mushrooms, and sauté lightly. Transfer the sautéed chicken to a pot.

Step 2

In the same pan where the chicken was cooked, add the flour and sauté lightly. Add the sour cream to the flour, mix until smooth, and bring to a boil. Pour the resulting sauce over the chicken and sprinkle with dill.

Step 3

Knead a stiff dough and tightly cover the pot with it. Place the pot in the oven for 30–35 minutes. Before serving, remove the dough and serve the chicken in the pot.
