Canned crawfish tails with potatoes

Ingredients

  • Crawfish Tails in Tomato Sauce 10 oz
  • Salad Potatoes 30 oz
  • Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Open the can, transfer the crawfish tails along with the sauce to a pot, and heat them.

Step 2

Separately, boil the peeled potatoes cut into quarters in salted water. Once the potatoes are cooked, drain the water and dress them with heated oil.

Step 3

When serving, place the potatoes on a warmed round dish, and in the center, place the crawfish tails with the sauce. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley. Fresh cucumbers or a green salad can be served on the side.
