- White Pepper (whole) 2 teaspoons

- Oregano 2 teaspoons
- Cayenne Pepper 1 teaspoon
- Ground Cumin 2 teaspoons
- Swordfish 4 pieces
- Lime 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil to taste
