  • White Cabbage 1 head
  • Sorrel 1 bunch
  • Dill ½ bunch
  • Cilantro ½ bunch
  • Parsley ½ bunch
  • Scallions 1 bunch
  • Sour Cream 5 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Butter 1 teaspoon

Step 1

Shred the cabbage. Place it in a skillet, set over medium heat, and add the butter. Chop the herbs.

Step 2

10 minutes before the cabbage is done, add the herbs to it. Stir, season with salt and pepper. 5 minutes before the dish is ready, add the sour cream and mix. Simmer on low heat with a lid.
