- White Cabbage 20 oz
- Onion 3 pieces
- Dried Chinese mushrooms 0 oz
- Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
- Red Long Chili Peppers to taste
- Herbs to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the mushrooms in a small amount of water until semi-cooked. Finely chop them.
Step 2
Chop the cabbage.
Step 3
Pour the mushroom broth into a cast-iron pot. Sauté the onion.
Step 4
Add the cabbage and simmer until cooked. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5
Add the pepper.
Step 6
Make a sauce from the remaining mushroom broth by mixing it with flour.
Step 7
Pour the sauce over the cooked cabbage with mushrooms and sprinkle with herbs.
