Cabbage with Cream and Parmesan
Ingredients
- Green Cabbage 1 head
- Breadcrumbs 2 tablespoons
- Butter 5 oz
- 30% Cream 25 fl oz
- Grated Parmesan cheese 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Remove the core from the cabbage head and chop it into not-too-small pieces.
Step 2
Mix with breadcrumbs and put back into the core.
Step 3
Place the cabbage in a pot or a ceramic dish with a lid.
Step 4
Put the remaining cabbage that did not fit around it.
Step 5
Cut the butter into small pieces and distribute it on the cabbage and around.
Step 6
Generously pour everything with cream and sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
Step 7
Cover with a lid and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for about 1 hour, until the cabbage is tender.
