- White Cabbage ½ pieces
- Blue Cheese 5 oz
- Cream 22% 15 fl oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Cilantro 0 oz
- Black Cumin (Cumin) to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the cabbage into wedges.
Step 2
Mix olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Brush the mixture onto the cabbage, wrapping each section in foil. Bake for 45 minutes at 355°F.
Step 3
Melt the cheese in the cream over low heat. Add pepper to taste.
Step 4
Toast the cumin seeds in a skillet. Add to the cream mixture.
Step 5
Sauté the cooked cabbage in a mixture of butter and vegetable oil until golden brown.
Step 6
Serve the cooked cabbage with hot sauce. Garnish with cilantro.
