Cabbage stir-fried with mushrooms

Ingredients

  • White Cabbage 25 oz
  • Pickled Chanterelles 12 pieces
  • Vegetable Oil 4 tablespoons
  • Sweet Corn Sticks 5 tablespoons
  • Soy Sauce to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Remove the outer leaves from the cabbage and finely shred the head. Cut the champignon mushrooms in half and slice them into small pieces.

Step 2

Heat a skillet over high heat, add the oil, and add the cabbage, mushrooms, and corn. Stir well. Continue to fry over high heat for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Then reduce the heat to medium and, stirring occasionally, fry for another 7–8 minutes. Pour in the soy sauce, stir again, and turn off the heat.

Step 3

Serve on plates.
