Ingredients
- White Cabbage 1 head
- Salted pork belly 10 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 5 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely shred the cabbage.
Step 2
Pour 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil into a deep skillet. Add the cabbage.
Step 3
Cover with a lid and simmer on low heat until soft.
Step 4
Cut the bacon into thin strips.
Step 5
Add the softened cabbage to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Add the remaining vegetable oil. Cook together for about 15 minutes.
Step 6
Add the tomato paste. Simmer until fully cooked.
