Ingredients
- White Cabbage 20 oz
- Carrot 1 piece
- Onion 1 piece
- Green Bell Pepper 1 piece
- Salt 0 oz
- Ground Black Pepper 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop the onion as you like. I prefer it finely.
Step 2
Add the onion to the pan along with half a glass of water. Don't forget to stir. For about 10 minutes. While the onion is frying, we shred the cabbage and cut the vegetables into cubes.
Step 3
Then add the cabbage and another half a glass of water. Keep an eye on the evaporation and add more water if needed. For about 25–30 minutes.
Step 4
Add the remaining vegetables and more water.
Step 5
Cover with a lid and let it cook until all the water evaporates.
