Cabbage Rolls with Chinese Cabbage

Ingredients

  • Rice 5 oz
  • Pork Mince 0 lbs
  • Bacon 10 pieces
  • Chinese green beans 1 head
  • Onion 1 head
  • Bouillon cube ½ piece

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Mix the minced meat with the cooked rice and onion, season with salt and pepper.

Step 2

Boil the cabbage leaves to soften them.

Step 3

Then, as in regular cabbage rolls, wrap the filling in the cabbage leaves, fry the rolls on both sides, and place them in a pot. Layer them as follows: a layer of cabbage rolls, three pieces of bacon on top (I roll them up), then more cabbage rolls, and top with bacon, repeating until all the rolls are used.

Step 4

Dissolve half of the bouillon cube in the water used to boil the leaves and pour it over the cabbage rolls. Cover with a lid and simmer for about 40 minutes on low heat.

Step 5

Serve with sour cream.
