Cabbage Casserole with Chicken Mince
Ingredients
- White Cabbage ½ head
- Onion 1 piece
- Pork Mince 20 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Passata Tomato Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Natural Yogurt 5 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely shred the cabbage and place it in boiling water for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Slice the onion into half-rings and sauté in a pan with vegetable oil until soft. Add the mince and cook until the meat turns white.
Step 3
Mix the yogurt with the tomato paste, season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil, layer half of the cabbage and the mince, and evenly spread ½ of the yogurt sauce.
Step 5
Add the remaining cabbage, drizzle with yogurt, and brush with beaten eggs.
Step 6
Bake in a preheated oven at 355°F for 30-40 minutes.
