Ingredients
- Kefir 5 fl oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Sugar a pinch
- Salt to taste
- White Cabbage 5 oz
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Activated Baking Soda a pinch
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Dried onion powder to taste
- Wheat Flour 3 tablespoons
- Green Peas 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix kefir, salt, sugar, baking soda, and eggs.
Step 2
Add pepper and flour. Whisk with a fork.
Step 3
Chop the cabbage and knead it with salt.
Step 4
Cut the cheese into small cubes.
Step 5
Combine all ingredients for the filling, adding peas. Pour over the batter, mix. Transfer to a greased baking dish (grease with oil and sprinkle with semolina). Bake for 30–40 minutes at 355°F.
