Cabbage, beetroot, pumpkin, and beans stewed in a pot
Ingredients
- Beetroot 2 pieces
- Pumpkin ½ piece
- White Cabbage 0 pieces
- Onion 1 head
- Vegetable Oil 5 tablespoons
- Ginger 0 oz
- Turmeric a pinch
- Coriander essential oil a pinch
- Canned Baby Beets 1 can
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Drizzle a little oil at the bottom and heat it up.
Step 2
Chop the vegetables.
Step 3
Add them in layers while heating at medium temperature.
Step 4
First, add the beetroot. Then the pumpkin. A pinch of cumin and turmeric. A little chopped ginger and the onion. Cabbage. Drizzle with oil. Pour 0.5 cup of boiling water on top.
Step 5
Simmer on low heat for 45 minutes.
Step 6
Add the pre-cooked beans or beans from the can to the almost finished vegetables.
Step 7
Sprinkle with a pinch of coriander seeds.
Step 8
Stir and simmer for another 5–10 minutes.
Step 9
Now sprinkle with minced garlic and sesame seeds to taste.
