Cabbage and Pea Stew
Ingredients
- Cabbage 20 oz
- Frozen Green Peas 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Add olive oil to a saucepan. Cut the cabbage into cubes. If you feel that the cabbage is too coarse and not very juicy, you can gently knead it with your hands. Cover with a lid and simmer until partially cooked, stirring occasionally.
Step 2
Add the peas, salt, and pepper, and simmer until fully cooked. The cabbage should be very soft.
Step 3
When serving, you can add a spoonful of sour cream.
