Ingredients
- White Cabbage 0 lbs
- Pork chop with bone 10 oz
- Onion 0 oz
- Stale Bread 5 oz
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Fat 5 oz
- Breadcrumbs 5 oz
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the meat, season with salt, brown in 30 g of fat, transfer to a pot, add the remaining fat from frying, add the peeled and chopped onion, pour in 150 ml of water, and simmer on low heat under a lid until cooked.
Step 2
Remove the outer wilted leaves from the cabbage, wash it, chop it, boil it, drain the water, cool it, and squeeze it out well through a cloth bag.
Step 3
Soak the bread in milk, then squeeze it out.
Step 4
Cool the stewed meat, separate it from the bones, and chop it.
Step 5
Pass the meat, bread, and cabbage through a meat grinder, add 2 tablespoons of crushed breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, eggs, and mix thoroughly.
Step 6
From the cooled mixture, shape cutlets, coat them in breadcrumbs, and fry on both sides in hot fat until golden brown.
