- Bulgur 5 tablespoons
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp 5 oz
- Green Peas 0 oz
- Potato 1 piece
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Garlic 1 clove
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat oil in a skillet, add bulgur, stir, and pour in water to cover the bulgur. Season with salt and pepper, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for 20–25 minutes.
Step 2
In a separate skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil, sauté the garlic, and add the shrimp, cooking for 5 minutes. Add frozen green peas and cook for another 7 minutes.
Step 3
Mix the cooked bulgur with the shrimp and add the finely chopped tomato and herbs.
