
Bulgur with Mushrooms and Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Description
To make the dish more aromatic, add ground dried mushrooms after cooking.
Ingredients
- Bulgur 1 cup
- Sun-Dried Tomatoes 5 oz
- Champignon Mushrooms 5 oz
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Spices to taste
- Water 2 cups
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat the oil from the sun-dried tomatoes in a skillet and sauté the finely chopped garlic.
Step 2
Coarsely chop the champignon mushrooms and tomatoes, add them to the oil with garlic, and sauté until the mushrooms start to release their juices.
Step 3
Add the bulgur and mix it with the mushrooms and tomatoes. Sauté for a few minutes until the bulgur absorbs the flavors.
Step 4
Pour in 2 cups of water and cook on low heat covered for 15 minutes. After cooking, add salt and pepper to taste.
