  • Bulgur 20 oz
  • Raisins 5 oz
  • Vegetable Broth 0 qt
  • Carrots 4 pieces
  • Shelled pumpkin seeds 5 oz
  • Roasted Hazelnuts 5 oz
  • Lemon Juice 4 tablespoons
  • Canola Oil 5 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Place the bulgur and raisins on a plate and pour hot broth over them.

Step 2

Cover with plastic wrap and let sit for 20-30 minutes until the liquid is fully absorbed.

Step 3

Once the liquid is absorbed, fluff the bulgur grains with a fork to separate them.

Step 4

Add the carrots, pumpkin seeds, hazelnuts, lemon juice, and canola oil. Season to taste.
