Bulgur with Chicken Fillet and Dried Apricots
Ingredients
- Bulgur 5 oz
- Dried Apricots 0 oz
- Chicken fillet 10 oz
- Cinnamon to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Bring water to a boil, then add salt and pour in the bulgur. Reduce the heat and cook for 12 minutes.
Step 2
After 5 minutes, add the chopped dried apricots and cinnamon to the bulgur.
Step 3
Meanwhile, cut the chicken fillet into small pieces, season with salt, and sprinkle with a little cinnamon.
Step 4
Sauté without oil in a non-stick skillet.
Step 5
Add the cooked chicken to the bulgur for the last couple of minutes of cooking, and stir.
Step 6
Drain the finished dish in a colander.
