Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 6 pieces
- Cottage cheese 20 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Natural Yogurt 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the cottage cheese with softened butter, salt, and pepper until smooth. If the cottage cheese is very dense, it should be passed through a sieve first. Peel the potatoes and slice them very thinly.
Step 2
In a greased baking dish, layer one-third of the potato slices, then spread one-third of the cottage cheese mixture on top. Add another third of the potatoes and cottage cheese. Top with the remaining potatoes and cottage cheese, smoothing the surface with a wet spatula. Cover the dish with foil, tucking in the edges. Place in a preheated oven at 375°F (375 degrees Fahrenheit) for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and take off the foil.
Step 3
Reduce the oven temperature to 355°F (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Beat the eggs with the yogurt, salt, and pepper until light and frothy. Pour the mixture over the potatoes and return to the oven for another 20 minutes.
