  • Salad Potatoes 6 pieces
  • Feta cheese 5 oz
  • Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Dried Rosemary a pinch
  • Salt a pinch
  • Ground Black Pepper a knife tip
  • Butter 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 355°F.

Step 2

Peel the potatoes and grate them on a coarse grater. Squeeze out the excess juice.

Step 3

Peel and finely chop the onion.

Step 4

Grate the feta cheese on a coarse grater.

Step 5

Mix the grated potatoes, feta, onion, eggs, mint, salt, and pepper.

Step 6

Place the mixture in a baking dish and put it in the oven for 40–45 minutes until golden brown.

Step 7

Brush the hot casserole with butter on top.
