  • Buckwheat Groats 10 oz
  • Frozen White Mushrooms 5 oz
  • Mushroom seasoning 20 fl oz
  • Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
  • Soy Meat 5 oz
  • Onion 1 head
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Dill 0 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Prepare all the ingredients. Soak the soy meat in hot water for 15 minutes.

Finely chop the onion and garlic.

Cut the mushrooms into small pieces.

In a deep skillet, heat vegetable oil and sauté the onion until it becomes translucent.
