- 10% cream 5 oz
- Red Long Chili Peppers to taste
- Fresh basil leaves to taste
- Dried parsnip to taste
- Olive Oil to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Boil the buckwheat, but do not overcook.

Sauté the vegetables in olive oil.
