- Ground coriander to taste
- Buckwheat Groats 5 oz
- Garlic to taste
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Parsley to taste
- Vegetable Oil to taste
- Soy Sauce to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
While the buckwheat is cooking, finely chop the herbs and garlic. Dice the tomato into small cubes.
Step 2
Mix the herbs, tomato, and garlic. Dress with oil and soy sauce, and add spices to taste.
Step 3
Add the cooked hot buckwheat to the salad. Mix well. You can let it sit for a couple of minutes.
