Ingredients
- Pork Blood 20 oz
- Buckwheat Groats 9 tablespoons
- Bouillon cube 2 pieces
- Onion 2 heads
- Bay leaf 1 piece

Step 1
Cut the pork into small pieces and finely chop the onion. Distribute them into the pots.
Step 2
In each pot, add 3 tablespoons of rinsed buckwheat and crumble the bay leaf.
Step 3
Pour the contents of the pots with broth made from the cubes (chicken or mushroom). Place in the oven for 1 hour, baking at medium temperature.
