- Buckwheat Groats 2 cups
- Pickled Chanterelles 15 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step 1
Dice the onion and sauté in oil until golden brown.
Step 2
Wash the mushrooms, slice them, add to the onion, and sauté until the liquid evaporates, then season with pepper.
Step 3
Boil 3.5 cups of water, add salt, pour in the buckwheat, and add the sautéed mushrooms.
Step 4
