  • Buckwheat Groats 5 oz
  • Onion 1 head
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Safflower Oil to taste
  • Water 10 fl oz

Rinse the buckwheat well.

Toast the rinsed buckwheat in a dry skillet for 3 minutes.
